Privacy Policy
This page explains what andstrada collects when you visit this site, join the waitlist or write to us, and what we do with it. We have kept it short on purpose. It is written to meet Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the similar provincial laws.

Who we are
andstrada is a booking system for clinics, studios and spas. This policy covers the andstrada website at andstrada.com.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist on this site, we store your email address, the type of business you run if you choose one (clinic, studio, spa or other), which form you used and when you joined. We do not store your IP address or browser details with your sign-up. If you email us instead, we keep what you write, such as your name and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated sign-ups out. Cloudflare processes the technical information it needs for that check under its own privacy policy.
Our hosting provider also keeps basic request logs for a short time: your IP address, the time of a visit, the pages requested and the type of browser used.
If a page breaks, an error-reporting service may record technical details about the error, such as the page and your browser type. We strip personal details before that report is sent.

Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. If you sign in to an andstrada account, we use a cookie to keep you signed in and nothing else.

How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to plan the launch and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you when andstrada launches. A new waitlist sign-up may receive one confirmation email from us, and after that only launch news.
By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you about the launch. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to the address below, and we will stop.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with
We share it only with the companies that host this site and our database, run our email and run the Cloudflare Turnstile check on the waitlist form, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share it if the law requires us to.

Where it is stored
The companies that host this site, our database and our email, and Cloudflare, may store and process your information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be accessed under the laws of that country.

How long we keep it
We keep waitlist sign-ups and waitlist emails until launch plus up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Request logs are kept only for the short period our hosting provider needs to run the site securely.

How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, and only the people who need to see your information to reply to you have access to it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, write to us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or to the privacy commissioner for your province.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
